Replacement Policy

This policy explains the free lifetime Deck and sticker replacement offered to a business that has a Lithsted Deck sold by a Lithsted Partner. It is subject to the fair-use terms below.
Who this is for
A business customer can contact Lithsted directly. They do not have to go back through the Partner who sold the Deck.
This support is for a Deck that has been sold to that business. It is not a stock replacement service for unsold Partner inventory.
What Lithsted replaces
- A Lithsted Deck that fails or is damaged in ordinary use.
- Stickers for the positions on that Deck that fail, wear out, or need replacing in ordinary use.
Lithsted confirms a request before sending a replacement. A replacement is for the product supplied, not a promise of unlimited new products.
How to ask
Email support@lithsted.com with the business name, what needs replacing, and any order or Partner reference you have. Lithsted may ask for a photo of the product, or for the original item to be returned.
Fair use
Replacements are free for qualifying requests for the life of that customer relationship. Lithsted may limit how often a replacement is sent, or decline a request that is unreasonable.
Lithsted may refuse a request, or charge for it, where it involves:
- Fraud, deliberate damage, or abuse.
- A product Lithsted did not supply.
- A tile or destination Lithsted does not support.
- Unsold Partner stock, samples, or products lost before they were sold to a business.
- A change of mind about the design, where the product is not faulty.
- Any circumstance this policy does not cover.
Shipping
Lithsted sends a qualifying replacement once the request is accepted. If a request falls outside this policy, Lithsted will say so before anything is charged.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
