About Lithsted
A real product, sold locally.
I designed and started selling Lithsted Decks in February. Since then, I have generated around £13,000 in sales from them.
That is my own experience. It is not a promise of what somebody else will earn. For me, Lithsted has been a way to supplement my income by selling a real product to real businesses.
Our passion is creating affordable but creative ways to bring small improvements to local businesses.
Lithsted is building hardware, software, and a network of local Partners.
The Deck is only Project One.
Each new project requires more development, more capital and a stronger distribution network. The long-term plan is to keep giving Lithsted Partners new hardware and software they can take to local businesses.

What is a Lithsted Partner?
A Lithsted Partner introduces Lithsted products to businesses in their local area. Lithsted builds the products, software and infrastructure. You find the businesses, demonstrate the product, sell it, and keep the relationship.
What does the £59 membership include?
The £59/month membership includes the Partner platform, Lithsted software, Review Helper, Partner pricing, training, the Discord community, direct support, the referral programme, and future Lithsted projects as they are released.
How much do Decks cost?
£15 each. That price includes 4 stickers. Deck orders in the Partner platform currently start at 8 Decks.
How many stickers come with a Deck?
4. Partners set the four positions using the supported Lithsted tile options.
Do I pay API fees?
No. Included Lithsted features do not come with a separate API bill. Fair-use controls can apply. You do not need to create and fund your own software infrastructure.
Do I pay server or hosting fees?
No. Hosting for the Lithsted platform and included software is part of the membership. You do not receive a separate server bill.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Lithsted handles product development, software, hosting and maintenance. You do not need a developer.
Do I choose my own selling price?
Yes. You buy Decks from Lithsted and choose the price you charge a business. Lithsted does not set your retail price or promise a margin.
Does Lithsted guarantee sales?
No. Your results depend on your own sales activity. Earnings are not guaranteed.
What happens if my customer's Deck needs replacing?
The business can contact Lithsted directly. Qualifying Deck and sticker replacements are free for the life of that customer relationship, subject to the replacement policy and fair-use terms.
How does the lifetime replacement service work?
If you sell a Lithsted Deck to a business, that business emails Lithsted when a Deck or sticker needs replacing. Lithsted handles the request. Fraud, deliberate abuse and unsupported circumstances are excluded. Read the replacement policy for the detail.
Can my customer contact Lithsted directly?
Yes. Customers do not have to come back through you for a replacement request. They can email support@lithsted.com.
What is the Review Helper?
The Lithsted Review Helper helps a genuine customer turn their own experience into a more useful written review before they continue to Google. The customer stays in control. Lithsted does not post the review for them, and it is not review gating.
Do I need sales experience?
No. The membership includes sales training, objection handling and direct support, including a call you can book with Lithsted. The selling is still yours to do.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel from billing in your Partner account. Access normally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to software access after cancellation?
When the membership ends, access to the Partner platform, included software, Review Helper and Partner pricing ends with it.
Are there future Lithsted products planned?
Yes. The Deck is Project One and it is live. Two further projects are planned, currently aimed at Q1 and Q3. Details stay unpublished until a project is ready.
